CDI Named BBB of North Alabama Accredited Business

Ken Gobell

Athens,  – The slogan for CDI is “Where customer service and a handshake still mean something.” To owners, Ken and Summer Gobell, it’s much more than just a slogan, it’s a promise. Commercial Drilling, Inc. (CDI) has been serving farmers and residents for several years now and because of the way they have chosen to do business, CDI has grown. As with any great small business, many of their customers come from “word of mouth.” On February 6th, the Better Business of North Alabama made an official announcement that CDI was an official BBB Accredited business. President Ken Gobell was please with the announcement saying, “To me, the accreditation is important, because it means we are doing things the right way.” The BBB stated that accreditation is a trusted mark that represents integrity, ethical business practices and unwavering commitment to consumers. On the subject of trust, Stephen Covey, author of “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People” and “The Speed of Trust”, had the following to say, “Trust has never been more relevant in today’s world, especially in such difficult economic times.  Now more  than  ever; the ability to establish, grow, extend, and  restore trust  with all stakeholders—customers,  business  partners,  investors, and co-workers—is the  key … of  the new global  economy…”

BBB Accreditation represents the following:

  • Demonstrates the trustworthiness your company has earned.
  • Tells consumers that you choose to uphold the BBB Standards.
  • Distinguishes your business from non-accredited businesses.

At CDI, trustworthiness and holding to high standards are the backbone of the business. If you are looking for a drilling company you can trust, give CDI a call at (256) 679-8181 or find them on the web at Experience the difference for yourself.
